The ENIRISST website has been funded by “Intelligent Research infRAstructure DIssemination for promoTing Engagement” (IRRADIATE) which is supported by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (H.F.R.I.) under the “3rd Call for Action “Science and Society” “Research, Innovation and Dissemination Hubs”” (Project Number: 02129).

The project “ENIRISST – Intelligent Research Infrastructure for Shipping, Supply Chain, Transport and Logistics” (MIS 5027930) which is implemented under the Action “Reinforcement of the Research and Innovation Infrastructure”, funded by the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation” (NSRF 2014-2020) and co-financed by Greece and the European Union (European Regional Development Fund).

Participation of EN.I.R.I.S.S.T. in the first International Scientific Conference of the Municipality of Kalamata, ‘Climate Change and New Technologies.’ 12-13 May, 2023

The conference took place on May 12 and 13 at the Workers’ Center of Kalamata, while the Enirisst and Enirisst Plus team held their own presentation session on May 13. The purpose was to present the research being conducted and promote the National Research Infrastructure.

Prof. Amalia Polydoropoulou discussed the work of ENIRISST and provided a brief overview of the services offered by the National Research Infrastructure, followed by a presentation of the new services incorporated into the expansion of the research infrastructure, ENIRISST Plus.

The event was attended by members of both ENIRISST and ENIRISST PLUS. Specifically, the participants included Professor Amalia Polydoropoulou, Professor Anna Kotrikla, Professor Christos Tryfonopoulos, postdoctoral researchers Ioanna Pagoni, Ioannis Karakikes, and Sandy Fameli, as well as doctoral candidates George Papaioannou and Panagiota Mavrogenidou
